Job Description Badlands Tank Lines is the largest crude hauler in the U.S. and is seeking Badlands Tank Lines is the largest crude hauler in the U.S. and is seeking Hazmat Tanker Drivers to haul crude oil in the Lima, OH area. Drivers begin and end their day in Lima, OH, running routes to eastern Ohio. Drivers who live local to the Lima, OH area will be home every day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience hauling hazardous bulk liquids or fuel, along with a strong commitment to strict procedures and safety protocols. This position also requires advanced winter driving skills and the ability to safely operate in adverse weather conditions. This position requires advanced winter driving skills. Ability to work days shift OR evening/overnight shift Minimum 2 years recent Class A driving experience Required Previous crude oil experience Prioritized Manual and Auto-Shift Transmissions Available Hazmat and tanker endorsements and current medical card Required Chain-up experience Preferred Experience driving in adverse winter weather conditions Required Mountain driving experience Preferred Minimum 12 Months previous bulk liquid tanker experience Required Ability to obtain a TWIC card Required Acceptance of slip seat driving Required No DUI, major speeding careless/reckless driving within 5 years Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs and work in outdoor elements of the location. Sign-on bonus eligibility is contingent upon verified crude oil experience. In some cases, drivers without verifiable crude oil experience are not eligible for a sign-on or referral bonus.
