Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers in the Windermere, FL area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We offer competitive wages and exciting company resources.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentMust have a valid Security Guard LicenseMust have one (1) year of experience as a security officerMust have open availability to work all shifts and schedulesMust have reliable transportationMust have good communications skillsAbility to stand or walk for long periodsMust be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periodsMust be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behaviorCertification RequirementsD- LicenseEducation RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / Benefits401K/403b PlanWeekly PayDental InsuranceVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Criminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Night shiftThird shiftWeekend shift
