Role Purpose

As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling various ancillary products.Ã,Â

• Take inbound calls & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads.Ã,Â
• Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skillsÃ,Â
• Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.Ã,Â
• Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.Ã,Â
• Follow documented processes and guidelines.Ã,Â
• Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.Ã,Â
• Achieve all sales and call center goals.Ã,Â

Ã, Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.Ã,Â
• Valid insurance license with health component.Ã,Â
• Current continuing education requirements for license must be metÃ,Â
• Knowledge of successful selling techniques.Ã,Â
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ã,Â
• Outstanding customer service skillsÃ,Â
• Must have an enthusiastic, flexible and assertive personality.Ã,Â
• Experience in a call center.Ã,Â
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.Ã,Â
• PC literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products is a plusÃ,Â
• Must be comfortable in a competitive goals driven sales environment.Ã,Â
• Must demonstrate multi-tasking and critical thinking skills regularly.Ã,Â
• Passion for helping people and developing strong sales relationshipsÃ,Â
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all timesÃ,Â
• Good attendance is a must.Ã,Â
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30mbps and upload speed of 20mbps with the ability to connect company supplied equipment via 2 Ethernet ports on existing modem/router.Ã,Â
• Ability & flexibility to troubleshoot any connectivity issues with your local ISPÃ,Â
• A private home workspace where customer information can remain secureÃ,Â

• Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
  
  • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
  • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
  • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
  • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks

Expected annual range is from $33,000.00 to $76,000.00 and expected hourly pay for this role is $27/hr. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
